Biography
Youssou N’Dour’s return to Couleur Café after a far too long absence is a very special moment in the festivals’ history. He’s performed on our stages six times, and all of his appearances were magic. As an African performing the enchanting Mbalax dance music, earning a Grammy or collaborating with the likes of Neneh Cherry, Sting, Paul Simon, Branford Marsalis and Bruce Springsteen to name just a few is no small feat.
